Working towards business ownership in ecommerce, web design,  technology assistance and services. The economic down fall has had major effects this year. Needing to rebuild a financial future in a entirely new demographic. The technology utilitized in this area is extremely limited.

I am ready to launch a web based marketing/advertising business that will focus on helping small businesses to have an identity, a brand, a voice and exposure on the internet.  This is perfect during this time of recession to really get businesses out there that can't afford traditional advertising costs right now, who can?  This is an affordable solution and I'm confident in the results.  I have a solid business plan relatively low start up costs, I just need some help.  I'm looking towards grants, investment possibly, loans.. anyhelp I can get to launch this and make it happen.  I'm totally legit and would love to discuss this with anyone who has resources or could point me in the right direction.  Please feel free to email me and we can discuss on the phone even.

Currently a homeless unemployed data/technology/web/marketing consultant in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, I'm working to find sustainable income and health care benefits as well as growth from regional issues that continue to plague low income people in the Arkansas Delta. I grew up in the Arkansas Delta. K-12 success in math and science led to many academic awards including the Bauch and Lomb Honorary Science Award. I accepted a pre-engineering scholarship to attend the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). After working 3 years as an Engineer Trainee Intern in Portland, Oregon I switched my major to Computer Science. I also got involved in UAPB campus politics, serving as President of the UAPB Engineering Association, Student Senate and Student Body Vice-President. Eventually, I ran out of money, resources and emotional energy during my senior year. I returned home and became a community activist: organizing small communities to become incorporated as cities to get access to federal block grants; organizing small farmers into cooperatives; registering voters; getting citizens active in education, city and county issues; organizing community centers for youth activities and community meetings; and working on presidential election campaigns. After being blacklisted for my political activities, I returned to Portland, Oregon and soon became a computer technology consultant. However, community service continued calling my name. Soon I began working with various community based organizations in Portland on education, economic development, housing, transportation, regional planning, environmental services, water management, green energy, worker rights, energy conservation and technology transfer issues. At one point I even ran for the city-wide political office of Portland City Commissioner. Blacklisted again for my political activities, I moved to Atlanta, GA and after being robbed near the airport, entered the ranks of the ranks of the Atlanta homeless. After one year in Atlanta, I have returned to the Arkansas Delta as a homeless man in Pine Bluff. I would like to leverage internet technology transfer to help low income citizens of the Arkansas Delta finally rise above the tragic history of regional economic depression, mis-education, high unemployment, high crime and high incarceration rates. My name is Steve. My Native American heritage is Blackfeet, Haida and Thlingit. I grew up (to 10 years of age) on the reservation.

Recently I became and ex-employee of Cisco Systems in the Silicon Valley (CA).  I struck a deal with Cisco to co-own the four patents that I developed while there. These patents are in the area of new Printed Circuit Board technology. Conservatively, this invention can save around 25% cost on large PCBs, such as the ones used by Cisco, Sun, IBM, HP and so on. This technology is fully qualified and ready to go.

My vision is to deploy this PCB technology to the industry.  This will be quite a breakthrough in the cost, performance, and component density of the PCB as well as significantly improve the design time based on board standardization and higher levels of design building blocks. Time to market for the customer will improve significantly.

I have a business plan and am working with a intellectual property law firm from Los Angeles now. We will be in international firm and will be protecting our ideas globally. This firm is very entheused about the prospects of this company.

I am seeking funding in the neighborhood of $2.5M. The business plan contains a 2-year horizon for the following statements: Balance Sheet, Shareholders Equity, Income & Expenses, and Projected cash flows, all broken down to month-by-month.

I am in my early 50's and used to make 6 figures, but bad investments have put my few properties into foreclosure.  My business should make money, but hasn't - it's credit is excellent, though.  I need to either invest in my buisiness or get back into a high-tech field that was so good to me in my earlier days, but I have huge debts (mostly mortgages), lots of IRS $$ due.  I wish I could sell my real estate or get an investment of about $100K against 1/4 acre of industrial urban vacant land (it has no mortgage on it) so I can either (a) revamp my business or (b) refresh my career skills - depending on how my capital I have. 

I am inquiring about government grant programs aimed towards expanding and /or keeping up to date, so to speak, an existing small business.  Our company, digitalmedix, Inc.,  is in the business of data/disaster recovery and have been performing these services for 7+ years.  Due to ever-increasing technology and in order to remain competitive in today's high-tech marketplace, our engineers require ongoing training and the newest, most innovative equipment to keep pace with other, larger companies in our field.  Unfortunately,  budgetary constraints are currently prohibiting us from funding  these needs ourselves.  Any information you can provide in regard to obtaining government grants that we may qualify for in this situation would be greatly aprreciated.

I am looking for a scholarship to attend ITT-Tech. I am willing to work for a full and/or partial scholarship. I am a US resident and not a citizen. If anyone can help me persue my goals I will be very greatful.

I'm looking for grants for the study and development of terrersterial based RF technologies.

I am working full time while trying to make it through a four year degree program to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.  I am majoring in General Information Technology while leaning towards Networking.  My ultimate goal is to eventually create and manage a company that works with contractors to create assisted living smart homes for the elderly and the physically impaired.  I feel this will create a sense of security for the residents as well as their families.  I do not want to stop at a remote control that shuts lights out from one location.  I want to include voice recognition, automatic lighting, vehicle recognition, etc.  I also want to make this an affordable solution rather than an unattainable project.  I plan on becoming certified in many areas of Networking & Security and will acquire these titles as necessary for the position.  Currently, tuition is $1743 per 6 credit course with one course being paid via Federal Aid.  My Federal Aid worksheets show that I should be able to pay for anything beyond this (including all books, supplies, room & board, etc.) from my own pocket - I can't as I'm sure many other college attendees can't.  I've applied for alternative loans but, have failed to secure these loans due to not having a co-signer.  I do not have anyone that can co-sign the loan.  As you can see - I have a dilemma.  I would like to take on two courses, at least, per quarter and would prefer eventually three in order to complete my degree sooner.  I am searching for any type of aid available to help me with my career goals.  I am married and have two younger dependents, a house payment, two vehicle payments, etc.  (I'm sure many others do, too).

I am interestewd in attaining a Masters degree in Computer science and Mathematics in the hopes of teaching these courses in the Public School system in the area which I live. I have a number of years experience as a Teacher and wish that with this  . to go to another level of teaching especially in the area(s)  of education technology, special Needs Education and Bi ingual Education teaching  opportunities. There being a drastic need for these level  educators in the states schools and being something I enjoy , I wish to study for education and training on the Graduate School level for this reason...
